Refund policy

All refund requests are reviewed individually through support. Contact xenomorph300@xenoapps.net with your receipt and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Buying and using a kit

Prices are in US dollars. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected digital household game kit, not a subscription or physical shipment. No password or traditional account setup is required; purchase-email verification is required.

After payment is confirmed, open Your game kit and verify your checkout email using a single-use code. Codes expire after 10 minutes; never share them. Verified browser access lasts 24 hours, or 7 days if you select Remember this browser. Sign out on shared devices. Guest QR links last 12 hours, can be ended by the host, and are replaced when you start a new night for the same game. Share them only with your household players, not publicly or for resale.

You can reuse your household kit. A phone or computer with internet access is required to play and view picture clues. Printable QR cards download as an HTML file; open it in a browser to print or save as PDF. A printer is optional if you share links digitally. Progress is stored in your current browser tab and does not synchronize between devices.

Adults should purchase and supervise children’s games. Use safe, accessible indoor clue locations; never hide clues near hazards or ask children to climb, enter restricted spaces, or leave supervision. Ages and durations are estimates. Physical challenges are optional.

Privacy

We use your checkout email, selected game, payment status, amount and payment references to deliver your kit, maintain purchase access and provide support. Stripe processes payment information; our game database does not store your full card number.

Netlify hosts the website, Supabase stores purchase records and private game assets, and Resend sends purchase and verification-code emails. These providers process information needed to operate the service. Hosting and payment services may also process technical information such as IP addresses for security and operation.

We do not require children to create profiles. Play progress is kept in your browser tab. Team names and room labels are stored on our server to deliver your temporary game night. We store hashed verification codes and session tokens, expiry times, attempt counts and hashed rate-limit identifiers to protect access. Secure cookies keep you signed in. Expired access records are cleared periodically. Do not put personal or sensitive information in these labels. Third-party fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts.

Purchase records are retained to support kit access, support requests and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support for privacy questions or requests concerning your information. Some information may need to be retained for legal or payment-dispute reasons.
